【正文】 opment level of building lifting and translation technology at home and abroad, and then designs a kind of control system which makes use of Electrohydraulic proportional pressure reducing valve + PLC + SCADA based on the actual engineering that,it introduces all sorts of control algorithm,and chooses the grey prediction fuzzy control algorithm as the system control algorithm to the request of control. Combined with the mathematical model of electrical and mechanical parts,it builds the model of control system through Simulink tool and simulated in Matlab, proves the feasibility of the control strategy theoretically, and highlights the advanced nature of the control strategy through parison with the traditional PID,mon fuzzy control it designs the hardware system and the monitoring system,the hardware system mainly includs hydraulic system,electrohydraulic proportional pressure reducing valve, PLC control cabis,sensor,and so on. Monitoring system uses as the development platform, in which develops the manmachine interface (HMI)。 designing the munication module between III PLC and WebAccess,and describing the munication mode and munication protocol. At last, according to the deficiencies and problems occurred in this project, we puts forward the direction that we need to improve and research in future.
