Interbased on B/S structure housing sales management system is growing to meet consumer demand. Housing sales management system based on inter which has a good humanputer interaction and convenient, has been widely used in puter works. The system this paper describes are developed in Microsoft latest ASP. NET environment using C programming language, the use of connect SQL Server 2021 database and the implementation of a webbased platform management system for home sales. Housing sales management system includes front and backend subsystem . The font systems include the future users of the system log module, the user information management module, the Housing Information module, payment module, information inquiry function module and user interactive functional subsystems include user rights management, order audit modifications, housing information changes, such as data maintenance.
