Interbased on B/S structure housing sales management system is growing to meet consumer demand. Housing sales management system based on inter which has a good humanputer interaction and convenient, has been widely used in puter works. The system this paper describes are developed in Microsoft latest ASP. NET environment using C programming language, the use of connect SQL Server 2021 database and the implementation of a webbased platform management system for home sales. Housing sales management system includes front and backend subsystem . The font systems include the future users of the system log module, the user information management module, the Housing Information module, payment module, information inquiry function module and user interactive functional subsystems include user rights management, order audit modifications, housing information changes, such as data maintenance. Chapter one deals with the research background, the meaning of subjects, analysis of the characteristics of the existing system, the status quo, e to the main thesis work and anizational processes. Chapter two is the overall system analysis and design, analysis system, business processes, data flow diagram and the overall function modules. Chapter three is the specific function for the system design, analyze business processes and system functions of each module, including module data flow diagram, UML diagram. Chapter four run for specific examples of systems analysis. Summary of the full text of Chapter V, pointed out that further indepth study of the place.
