【正文】 has the relation with the safety of people. Therefore， it is necessary to find best methods and tools of testing automobile brake performances quickly and accurately. The paper is the research of key technology in automobile brake ， the paper give a brief introduction about present automobile brake tester and future tendency in the paper analyzes the process of the braking of auto， and present the methods of testing brake performance， pares the advantages and disadvantages of various testing methods， discusses the criterions of assessing brakep erformances and national goes dynamic analysis of braking automobile on the tester， explains the principle of testing automobile brake performance， analyzes the main factors for brake analyses the total construction of the drum type auto mobile brake tester， gives the methods of choosing the sizes， speed， surfaces material of tester drums，as well as reasons of choosing tester motor， gearbox， and other main parts. Xue Huijuan Heilongjiang Institute of Technology 202006汽車制動(dòng)性能的好壞直接關(guān)系到人們的生命安全。本論文的內(nèi)容就是對(duì)汽車制動(dòng)試驗(yàn)臺(tái)的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)進(jìn)行研究。通過對(duì)汽車制動(dòng)過程的分析，提出檢測(cè)汽車制動(dòng)性能的方法，比較了各種檢測(cè)方法的特點(diǎn)，分析了評(píng)價(jià)汽車性能的指標(biāo)及國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。對(duì)汽車制動(dòng)試驗(yàn)臺(tái)總體結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了分析，提出選擇試驗(yàn)臺(tái)滾筒尺寸，轉(zhuǎn)速及表面材料的方法，給出選擇試驗(yàn)臺(tái)電機(jī)、減速器等主要部件的依據(jù)。只有合理選擇制動(dòng)試驗(yàn)臺(tái)的設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù)，才能提高試驗(yàn)臺(tái)測(cè)試的準(zhǔn)確性與可靠性，以及耐用性和使用經(jīng)濟(jì)性
