The affected party shall not bear the liability of breach of contract to the extent of the effect of the force majeure. Force Majeure shall include such events that the affected party is not able to foresee, control and avoid as natural disaster, explosive, falling of flying objects, government action (except those specially against the affected party) The parties hereby confirm that mercial risk shall not be deemed force majeure.
