Ⅲ、 材料標(biāo)準(zhǔn) The standard of material 提供關(guān)重零部件供應(yīng)商按《 PPAP手冊(cè)》等級(jí) 3提交，不適用條款除外。 The supplier, which provides us with raw material and ponents, should present PPAP under the notice from engineering department. The supplier can provide his products botchily after engineering department authorizes PPAP. These documents should include following items. Engineering department can ask supplier to provide other documents needed in product’s special cases ：參見 ； The time to provide : see requirement The requirement for supplier’ raw material 原材料供應(yīng)商需提交以下資料： The supplier of raw material should provide the following documents. Ⅰ、 材料 /性能試驗(yàn)結(jié)果 Material/performance testing result 負(fù)責(zé)提供公司要求或設(shè)計(jì)要求的材料 /性能試驗(yàn)結(jié)果。 All production part approval records and standard samples shall be retained by Technical Department. The production part approval records shall be maintained for the length of time that the part is active for production and service requirements plus a calendar year. The standard samples shall be maintained for the same period of time as the production part approval records, or until a new standard sample used for the same part number has been produced and approved by the customers. If it is difficult to store the standard samples due to their dimensions, the customer part approval department shall revise or abandon the standard sample storage requirements in written form. 供方生產(chǎn)件批準(zhǔn)要求： The requirement for authorizing supplier’ s parts 給公司提供原材料和零部件的供應(yīng)商由技術(shù)部通知供 應(yīng)商向技術(shù)部提交 PPAP，并由技術(shù)部進(jìn)行批準(zhǔn)，批準(zhǔn)后方可批量供貨。 AICQ must submit the items and/or records in accordance with the levels required by the customers.
