As a teacher of English ,you must familiarize the text books which be taught by yourself。 and when he stands, he should high up his head.Second, a teacher had better not wear the shoes with high heels, because when a teacher walks, high heels can possibly disturb the students` attention.Third, the teacher should learn to walk into the students` hearts. For example ,when the students discuss the questions, you can walk in the middle of them to help them solve the questions。 obviously, these two different teachers will make the students act differently. The first teacher can bring an active atmosphere. But the second teacher will bring the students silence because of his dull facial expression.Second, the teacher should pay much attention to the students’ facial expression to get the information. On the basis of this, the teacher can adjust their teacher to be better. In the class, if a student is always filled smiling, it expresses he can grasp easily what the teacher said 。 involve me and I will learn.” If we asked the students to write an unfamiliar position, they would probably be unable to and feel discouraged. The Using of Facial Expressions in English Teaching“The face has been called an ‘organ of emotion’.” Because we constantly read facial expressions to understand what others are feeling. The face provides vital clues to our own feelings and those of the people around us. Of all the nonverbal Channels, the face is the most important broadcaster of emotions.” Because the face can clearly convey several specific emotions,such as: happiness, surprise fear anger ,sadness and so on .so if the teacher can use the facial expressions in our teaching properly, which will get the same success as the dumb show.First, the teacher should learn to adjust own facial expressions. Just imagine the following two different situations. One teacher enters the classroom with a smile。 body touches language, posture, gesture, manner, facial expression, and clothes language. Functions of Using Body Language Stirring the Students’ interests A famous person ever said, “Interest is the best teacher.” So attracting and improving the students’ interest is a very important part of English teaching. There are many ways to arouse the students’ interest. Body language used in English teaching is one of them. The linguist Mr Lu ever said: “The foreign language teacher should be able to perform and dance for joy made a vivid gesture movement and countenance as an actor should not always be gentle and cultivated or just stand stiffly on the platform.” But how do we attract the students’ interests by using body language Below I will example to illustrate this problem. For example: When teachers teach the words of the body parts such as :“head” “nose” “face” “hand”……they can let the students touch their body own body parts.
