, determine how through the craft meet its various performance indicators, determine the process flow, chemical add process in wet part。 車間布置方面 : 為了便于紙機(jī)的運(yùn)行,使設(shè)備安裝合理性,車間的設(shè)計(jì)采用了兩層布置,車間面積 5916m2,車間主跨 24m,柱距 6m。其中纖維漿水誤差為 ,漿料漿水誤差為。 工藝方面:本設(shè)計(jì)是采用 80%廢紙脫墨漿, 20%機(jī)械漿進(jìn)行抄造。 南京林業(yè)大學(xué) 本科畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文) 題目: 日產(chǎn) 400 噸新聞紙 抄造生產(chǎn)線初步 設(shè)計(jì) 學(xué) 院: 輕工科學(xué)與工程學(xué)院 專 業(yè): 輕化工程(制漿造紙裝備與控制) 學(xué) 號(hào): 學(xué)生姓名: 指導(dǎo)老師: 20 13 年 5 月 20 日 摘 要 本次畢業(yè) 設(shè)計(jì)的課題為 日產(chǎn) 400 噸新聞紙抄造生產(chǎn)線設(shè)計(jì)。 本次設(shè)計(jì)的流程為:首先掌握新聞紙的產(chǎn)品性能特點(diǎn),確定如何通過(guò)工藝滿足其各項(xiàng)性能指標(biāo),確定工藝生產(chǎn)流程,濕部化學(xué)添加工藝,完成新聞紙的漿水平衡計(jì)算、設(shè)備選型計(jì)算,完成后繪制備料、打漿車間工藝流程圖、管路圖及車間平面布置圖;最后完成設(shè)計(jì)說(shuō)明書(shū)編寫(xiě)工作。應(yīng)用 CS, AKD,中性施膠、加填、和內(nèi)部施膠等工段。 設(shè)備方面:本設(shè)計(jì)中采 用了 VOITH8200 紙機(jī),最高車速達(dá) 1400m/min。 通過(guò)本次設(shè)計(jì),了解新聞紙的生產(chǎn)工藝及所用設(shè)備,進(jìn)一步鞏固所學(xué)知識(shí),為以后的工作及研究打下扎實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)。 then plete water and fiber balance calculation, equipment selection calculation. Process: the design is to use 80% waste paper deinking pulp, 20% mechanical pulp for making. By AKD ,CS, neutral sizing agent, filling, and Internal glue and so on. Equipment: this design is adopted in paper machine named VOITH8200,which has 1400m/speed top speed of min. Workshop layout: to facilitate the operation of the machine and equipment installation, workshop, the rationality was designed with two layers of decorate, workshop area is 5916m2 and the main span of workshop is 24m, column space is 6m. Through this design, I understanding the production process and used equipment of newsprint, further consolidate the knowledge for the future work and study the solid foundation.
