Manager and approved by the General Manager. The Quality Dept. is responsible for the explanation of the manual. Priority shall be given on the Chinese version when conflict exists between the Chinese version and English version. 2 Issuing The effective manual is issued and controlled through the intra of the pany. Department managers and supervisors should ensure their subordinate to understand the related contents and requirements of the manual.
