【正文】 Article 19 If the term of a labor contract is not less than 3 months but less than 1 year, the probation period shall not exceed one month. If the term of a labor contract is not less than one year but less than 3 years, the probation period shall not exceed 2 months. Where an employment relationship has already been established with an employee but no written labor contract has been entered simultaneously, a written labor contract shall be concluded within one month from the date when the employee begins to work.
