The mutant which e from 09 by transposition was studied about theirs difference on secreing amylase out of the bacillus .The result indicated the number 36,38 of the mutant produced further more than the contrast. On the contrary, the number 56,38 of the mutant produced further less than the contrast. These mutants will prepare for the research on the relationship between bacillus producing amylase and their ability on colonization in wheat. They woul
