Butterworthamp。系統(tǒng)工程的思想和方法對于知識(shí)管理學(xué)科領(lǐng)域的進(jìn)一步發(fā)展,應(yīng)是有價(jià)值的,值得人們進(jìn)一步的探討。4 結(jié)束語本文嘗試對近年來知識(shí)管理領(lǐng)域的部分工作作一簡單回顧;在此基礎(chǔ)上,初步探討了從系統(tǒng)工程角度研究知識(shí)管理的問題,提出企業(yè)知識(shí)系統(tǒng)工程的一個(gè)初步的研究框架。目前從信息技術(shù)角度進(jìn)行的研究與從管理、社會(huì)科學(xué)角度進(jìn)行的研究彼此的聯(lián)系尚很不充分。對知識(shí)的管理,正如前面的回顧中所分類的,應(yīng)包含知識(shí)內(nèi)容(知識(shí)資源或知識(shí)資產(chǎn))的管理與知識(shí)過程的管理兩個(gè)方面;而這兩者應(yīng)是彼此密切關(guān)聯(lián)的——知識(shí)過程以企業(yè)的知識(shí)資源為基礎(chǔ),同時(shí)知識(shí)資源也通過知識(shí)過程得以更新與擴(kuò)充。對知識(shí)管理的這一理解可由圖3示意:以知識(shí)為基礎(chǔ)的組織管理變革知識(shí)聯(lián)網(wǎng)學(xué)習(xí)型組織基于知識(shí)的企業(yè)信息技術(shù)的有效利用、知識(shí)資源的合理組織與利用等……對知識(shí)的管理方法、技術(shù)人員知識(shí)與知識(shí)過程圖3 對知識(shí)管
