The ranking will be released after each overall test. The dealers ranking top 50% at the overall test will get the corresponding discount. And the dealers ranking bottom 50% at the overall test will have to take a retest. After retest, the ranking according to the result of retest will be released. Then the dealers will obtain the corresponding discount.
