【正文】 Presentation and practice 師放 Let’s check 部分的錄音， 師： Today, let’s get to know two kinds of whales, sperm whales and killer whales. 讓學(xué)生仔細(xì)看圖，然后提問： How long are they? How heavy are they? Let’s read and answer. 師指著圖中的 Killer whale 的牙齒問： How many teeth do they have, do you know ? How long is each tooth? 師接著問： How many teeth do you have? How long is each tooth? 師再提問： What does a sperm whale eat? What does a killer whale eat? What can they do? 師放 let’s read的錄音，學(xué)生跟讀，提出不理解的單詞或句子，師生一起討論解決。 三、課前準(zhǔn)備 教師準(zhǔn)備本課時(shí)所需的單詞卡。能夠正確完成 Let’s check 部分聽音圈圖的練習(xí)。 Consolidation and extension 學(xué)生做活動(dòng)手冊本部分的配套練習(xí)。 教師準(zhǔn)備錄音機(jī)和錄音帶。 能夠完成 Let’s try 部分聽錄音選圖片并填充句子的練習(xí)。 簡單介紹形容詞的比較級(jí)第二種情況是以輔音字母加 “Y”結(jié)尾的，要改 “y”為 “i”+er。 難點(diǎn)是掌握以下形容詞 比較級(jí)的構(gòu)成方式：heavy—heavier, thin—thinner, big—bigger. 三、課前準(zhǔn)備 錄音機(jī)、 B Let’s learn 和 C Story time 部分的錄音帶 、 單詞卡片、一個(gè)汽球，一段彈力皮筋和一組對(duì)比明顯的人物圖片 四、教學(xué)過程 Warmup 放本單元 Let’s chant 錄音，學(xué)生和著錄音吟唱， 師與生對(duì)話： T: How tall are you? T: I’m 168cm tall. You’re shorter than me. You’re 2cm shorter than me. Presentation and practice 師拿出一個(gè)氣球，請一名學(xué)生幫忙吹，“ Please make it big.” 師帶領(lǐng)全班學(xué)生跟隨學(xué)生吹氣球的節(jié)奏喊： Bigger, Bigger, Bigger！呈現(xiàn)該單詞。 2． 能夠完成 Let’s play 部分的活動(dòng)并在活動(dòng)中相應(yīng)的語言正確表達(dá)。師檢查。 2．難點(diǎn)是 學(xué)生能看懂、會(huì)朗讀句子 : I think the little monkey is only 40cm tall.
