【正文】 開展班前、班后防火檢查，及時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)以下火災(zāi)隱患：（1）在禁火區(qū)違章使用明火或者吸煙的；（2）疏散通道堵塞或安全出口鎖閉的；（3）常閉式防火門處于開啟狀態(tài)的；（4）滅火器被遮擋、移位的；（5）防火卷簾下堆放物品的；（6）違章拉接電線或大功率電器未及時(shí)切斷電源的；（7）違章使用或存放易燃易爆危險(xiǎn)化學(xué)物品的。 醫(yī)務(wù)人員對(duì)工作中發(fā)現(xiàn)的能夠立即整改的火災(zāi)隱患應(yīng)當(dāng)立即整改。 對(duì)不能立即改正的火災(zāi)隱患，科室主任應(yīng)向單位消防主管部門或消防安全管理人報(bào)告。 醫(yī)務(wù)人員會(huì)處置初起火災(zāi) 醫(yī)務(wù)人員熟練掌握火災(zāi)處置程序，掌握滅火器、消火栓、消防卷盤、火災(zāi)報(bào)警裝置等消防設(shè)施器材的使用方法，掌握處置初起火災(zāi)的技能。 醫(yī)務(wù)人員熟悉滅火應(yīng)急疏散預(yù)案內(nèi)容，明確職責(zé)分工，具備完成滅火應(yīng)急疏散預(yù)案的能力。 醫(yī)務(wù)人員發(fā)現(xiàn)火情時(shí)，應(yīng)立即向119火警臺(tái)報(bào)警，同時(shí)通過電話、無線對(duì)講系統(tǒng)等通訊工具向消防控制室、值班室和單位值班領(lǐng)導(dǎo)報(bào)告。 醫(yī)務(wù)人員報(bào)告火警完畢后，能夠迅速利用附近的滅火器材、室內(nèi)消火栓、消防卷盤等實(shí)施撲救。 醫(yī)務(wù)人員會(huì)組織人員疏散 醫(yī)務(wù)人員能夠熟練掌握火場(chǎng)逃生自救技能，人員密集場(chǎng)所員工還應(yīng)熟練掌握組織引導(dǎo)在場(chǎng)群眾安全疏散技能。 醫(yī)務(wù)人員應(yīng)當(dāng)熟悉現(xiàn)場(chǎng)環(huán)境、特點(diǎn)以及安全出口、疏散通道的位置。發(fā)生火災(zāi)時(shí)，人員密集場(chǎng)所員工能夠積極組織引導(dǎo)在場(chǎng)群眾安全疏散。 發(fā)生火災(zāi)時(shí)，員工能夠迅速判明危險(xiǎn)地點(diǎn)和安全地點(diǎn)，確定逃生方法，并按照消防疏散指示標(biāo)志、安全出口標(biāo)志等指示的方向，選用最便捷、最安全的通道和疏散設(shè)施有序地逃生自救。 在疏散撤離時(shí)，應(yīng)注意疏散逃生方法，如不要乘坐普通電梯，使用濕毛巾或衣服護(hù)住口鼻，不要直立行走，要低姿撤離，防止吸入有毒煙霧，穿過煙火封鎖區(qū)時(shí)，應(yīng)采取個(gè)人安全防護(hù)措施。 被困火場(chǎng)時(shí)，能夠充分利用身邊的繩索、窗簾、床單、被褥等物品實(shí)施自救，掌握火場(chǎng)求救、高層避難等方法和技能，充分利用管道、陽(yáng)臺(tái)、天臺(tái)等設(shè)施逃生自救。內(nèi)容總結(jié)
