【正文】 開展班前、班后防火檢查，及時發(fā)現以下火災隱患：（1）在禁火區(qū)違章使用明火或者吸煙的；（2）疏散通道堵塞或安全出口鎖閉的；（3）常閉式防火門處于開啟狀態(tài)的；（4）滅火器被遮擋、移位的；（5）防火卷簾下堆放物品的；（6）違章拉接電線或大功率電器未及時切斷電源的；（7）違章使用或存放易燃易爆危險化學物品的。 醫(yī)務人員對工作中發(fā)現的能夠立即整改的火災隱患應當立即整改。 對不能立即改正的火災隱患，科室主任應向單位消防主管部門或消防安全管理人報告。 醫(yī)務人員會處置初起火災 醫(yī)務人員熟練掌握火災處置程序，掌握滅火器、消火栓、消防卷盤、火災報警裝置等消防設施器材的使用方法，掌握處置初起火災的技能。 醫(yī)務人員熟悉滅火應急疏散預案內容，明確職責分工，具備完成滅火應急疏散預案的能力。 醫(yī)務人員發(fā)現火情時，應立即向119火警臺報警，同時通過電話、無線對講系統(tǒng)等通訊工具向消防控制室、值班室和單位值班領導報告。 醫(yī)務人員報告火警完畢后，能夠迅速利用附近的滅火器材、室內消火栓、消防卷盤等實施撲救。 醫(yī)務人員會組織人員疏散 醫(yī)務人員能夠熟練掌握火場逃生自救技能，人員密集場所員工還應熟練掌握組織引導在場群眾安全疏散技能。 醫(yī)務人員應當熟悉現場環(huán)境、特點以及安全出口、疏散通道的位置。發(fā)生火災時，人員密集場所員工能夠積極組織引導在場群眾安全疏散。 發(fā)生火災時，員工能夠迅速判明危險地點和安全地點，確定逃生方法，并按照消防疏散指示標志、安全出口標志等指示的方向，選用最便捷、最安全的通道和疏散設施有序地逃生自救。 在疏散撤離時，應注意疏散逃生方法，如不要乘坐普通電梯，使用濕毛巾或衣服護住口鼻，不要直立行走，要低姿撤離，防止吸入有毒煙霧，穿過煙火封鎖區(qū)時，應采取個人安全防護措施。 被困火場時，能夠充分利用身邊的繩索、窗簾、床單、被褥等物品實施自救，掌握火場求救、高層避難等方法和技能，充分利用管道、陽臺、天臺等設施逃生自救。內容總結
