【正文】 文體活動。任教期間，我能協(xié)調(diào)好學生、家長、教師之間的關系，搞好三位一體教育。最重要的一點，我覺得自己的班主任工作為大隊輔導員工作提供了可供參考的實踐經(jīng)驗。包括制定隊工作計劃、培訓隊干部、了解孩子的心理、宣傳隊知識、加強少先隊與社會各界的聯(lián)系，指導中隊輔導員工作、組織少先隊活動等等工作。這樣就可以使自己從班主任工作的實踐中走出來，站在另一個角度重新審視切合實際的搞好少先隊工作，根據(jù)北臺實際，把少先隊工作重點放在鞏固養(yǎng)成教育、激發(fā)創(chuàng)造潛能、培養(yǎng)生存能、活化實踐活動中去，使北臺小學少先大隊工作走上新的臺階，注入新的活力?；谝陨显?，我展示自己。大家知道皮格馬力翁能用真情使得石頭變成少女，加入我有幸競聘成功，那么，我將會用皮格馬力翁的真誠，不懈努力，開拓創(chuàng)新。我將苯鳥先飛，不負眾望。最后我要說，我不去想是否成功，既然選擇了遠方便只顧風雨兼程；我不會想身后會不會襲來寒風，既然目標是地平線，留給世界的只能是北影。我會把握這瞬間的輝煌，無論艱難險阻，無論風霜雪雨，我都將一如既往地與北臺三千余名師生一道在這條系滿紅領巾的小路上努力前行。感謝大家的傾聽！第五篇：英語輔導員競聘演講I’d love to talk about why I can ba a good English all, it is because I love love English so I would love to guide more people to learn about the glamour of a English counselor , I can influence my juniors by my passion and hope about learning can direct them to learn English , the importance is going down in people’s heart continually, especially after the reform on English exam of college entrance as far as I’m concerned, no one can disappear the charm of English ,no one can dissolve the importance of English on our munication with the I have a dream of my hope they learn English on their own want them to learn English because they know the importance and glamour of English, not because they have to learn and pass the exam otherwise they cannot graduate from second reason is that I love municating and once had held a dream of being a teacher for a long time because I was so attracted by my English teachers, my math teachers and other not only give me intelligence, they also taught me how to be a good person, how to live a meaningful and attractive a English counselor just give me a chance to try a role which is just like a I succeeded, I would not only direct them to learn English well, but also try my best to show them the beauty of college life, share them the happiness of believe I will make my progress in the process of being a English ’s you.
