【導(dǎo)讀】本課是九年級(jí)第四單元第三話題的第四課時(shí)。主活動(dòng)是1a和Project。仆人一樣為人類服務(wù)嗎？這個(gè)看似滑稽的問題其實(shí)蘊(yùn)含了一個(gè)科學(xué)價(jià)值觀：科技。發(fā)展使人類成為主宰地球的王者，然而這是否又是葬送人類的最終利器呢？一切都要等到將來才能知道答案，所以現(xiàn)在所談?wù)摰亩贾皇强赡苄?。的功能也就自然而然地呈現(xiàn)了：談?wù)摽赡苄?。則體現(xiàn)了課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)所提倡的“用英語學(xué)英語”。1c所設(shè)置的問題部分與1a有聯(lián)。系，又有一部分需要學(xué)生發(fā)表自己的觀點(diǎn)，也就是要學(xué)生有自己的科學(xué)觀。通過讓學(xué)生“在做中學(xué)，在做中用”的方式，來整合本話題的相關(guān)知識(shí)。個(gè)活動(dòng)需要學(xué)生先收集資料、準(zhǔn)備材料，只能在課后完成，故留作家庭作業(yè)。掌握本課的重點(diǎn)詞匯和短語，歸納總結(jié)定語從句。能夠談?wù)摽赡芤l(fā)生的事情。能夠通過1b,學(xué)會(huì)“用英語學(xué)英語”。通過討論pre-reading的問題，預(yù)測(cè)文章的內(nèi)容。通過Project,在合作的過程中學(xué)習(xí)制作英語墻報(bào)。各種機(jī)器人的圖片/做墻報(bào)用的8開的紙/彩筆/一本英英詞典/ppt等。
