They try to help the customers get benefit in terms of logistics, also acquire profit for , the TPL enterprises have to turn to high efficient logistics business,informationized logistics management, modernized logistics facilities, specialized logistics operation, and scale logistics volume. The TPL enterprises should possess the capacity and advantages beyond the supplier and buyer, so that both the supplier and buyer would like do business with them. For this purpose, the TPL enterprises must optimize their service to conform to high standard and low price. In this way, both the supplier and buyer feel that, if they do business with such a pany, they not only spend less money, but also save worry, labor and time. TPL service firstly gives ―operation benefits‖ to one hand, by TPL service, the TPL panies provide the customers with the logistics service or production elements necessary for logistics service that th ey can not provide themselves. That is the important reason for appearance and development of logistics outsourcing. The internal logistics system of enterprise can hardly satisfy the demand of logistics activities due to the re strictions of either necessary exper tise or the technical conditions. It is also not economic for the enterprise to solve this problem by itself. On the other hand, the operation behavior of enterprise internal management is improved more fl this way, the coherence between quality and service and between speed and service are improved to make the logistics operation more efficient. 2. Economic economic or financial benefit provided by the TPL service to customers is the essential of its existence. Generally, the low cost is created by low cost elements and efficiency of scale economics, including the labor means of logistics outsourcing, the constant cost is converted to variable , the blind investment for other pu rposes is avoided to accordingly reduce the cost. TPL service brings not only improved operation and reduced cost, but also the managementrelated benefit to the customers. As said 北京物資學(xué)院 2021 屆畢業(yè)論文 21 above, the logistics outsourcing can use the management expertise beyond the capacity of own enterprise, and further apply the internal management resource to other purposes more profitable,corresponding to the core strategy of logistics outsourcing concentrates the human resource of pany on the core activity, and meanwhile acquires core operating capacity of the other pany (TPL). logistics outsourcing also has the strategic meaning and flexibility, including flexible geographic regions (setting or canceling branches) and the flexible adjustment subject to environmental changes. Concentrating the main business on management is the same important as on strategic level. The benefit of sharing risks can also be acquired through the TPL service. 3. APPLICATION OF TPL LOGISTICS TECHNOLOGY AND ITS COMBINATION Flow of goods from the supplier,distributors of all le vels to customers (retailers or consumers) is a very plicated speaking, in the process of plete replacement or homogeneous product flows, the goods can flow from P suppliers, distributors of n levels, and finally to q customers. In order to make the model simply and effectively illustrate the great effects brought by information flows integrating logistics,the author thinks the simplification below is reasonable: assume there is only one supplier, distributors of n levels and one end user in the logistics chain. The modity sent from the supplier will pass the distributions of the distributors and arrive at the user。 the price has risen in a larg e margin in parison with the factory price. The introduction of work systems and continuous extension of TPL functions greatly simplify the processes and links of the logistics distribution.
