But this image of migration must be able to accept and understand for the readers, and will not produce an error association. This translation has the advantage of achieving the exchange of different cultures and language integration。 improve the skills of target language. Supplement translation Some English idioms often use abbreviated form, but the implication has not changed, if only a translation was given in the abbreviated form, Chinese readers may not understand its meaning, allowing for translation of the original part of the supplement is better understood. Conclusion In short, the idiom is not only the essence of language, but also is a microcosm of the language and is the concentrated reflection of language features, and is the language which people in longestablished and accepted practice。 language is a special part of the human culture the Idioms precisely reflects the enormous impact of culture on language, the culture of idioms information load large, many cases of ? implication? is in essence part of the language vocabulary. Therefore, to understand and master the language of the idiom, not only can improve the people’ s language skills, but also can enhance people’ s culture and ability, cultural petence can contribute to the improvement of another person’ s language ability, and thus to further improve our crosscultural municative petence.
