【正文】 前瞻性研究完全證實（ B）； 3. 非鴉片類止痛劑和非甾體抗炎藥（ NSAIDs）可有效治療偏頭痛（ A）； 4. 非藥物治療方法很少經對照研究驗證（ C）； 5. 如果偏頭痛發(fā)作頻率高應進行預防治療（ A）： ? 偏頭痛預防治療首選包括 β 受體阻滯劑（ A） 美托洛爾和普萘洛爾、鈣離子拮抗劑氟桂利嗪（ A）和抗驚厥藥丙戊酸（ A）及托吡酯（ A）。 ? 偏頭痛預防治療的二線選擇包括 β 受體阻滯劑 比索洛爾 （ B），萘普生（ B）、乙酰水楊酸（ C）、鎂劑（ C）、艾菊（ B）和阿米替林（ B）； ? 藥物治療還需配合非藥物治療方法包括行為治療（ A）和有氧鍛煉（ B）； ? 偏頭痛發(fā)作頻率非常高（ ≥ 3次 /月）及生活質量下降明顯的患者應接受心理治療（ A）。 附：參考文獻 1.
