特種設備操作工經較長時間的學習鍛煉，由廠部推薦參加政府及行業(yè)培訓學習班學習，學習期間經考試合格，由相關部門簽發(fā)特種設備操作許可證，并接受每年一次的審查與檢測。 壓力容器的設備實施 24 小時監(jiān)控，操作人員必須做好當班運行記錄，嚴格執(zhí)行設備安全技術 操作規(guī)程，搞好設備日常維護，保持設備的完好清潔，做好設備交接班記錄。
