For example, the dressing at table is freer than before. We can dress in sun yat sen39。s uniform, jacket or business suit, which shows the change and development of traditional custom. This is a best example to prove the munication between China and the west. Nowadays many westerners especially Americans do not like to smoke or drink wine, nor do most of who like others smoke or drink at their abode. However, there are many Chinese smoking and drinking in modern China. There is a strange phenomenon that one has no sociality if he does not smoke or drink. So if you see someone blowing a cloud or have a deaddrunk, don’t be surprised. It’s mon in Chinese dinner table. Although they know that it’s bad for one’s grace, they cannot ignore it. Most probably this is the reflection of inpletion when culture changing and developing. It is necessary that basing on the understanding of culture phenomena, we should promote the development of society culture to improve population quality.4. ConclusionWestern culture aims at personal glory, personal centered, innovation and selfhood freedom. Chinese culture aims at humility, wariness, selfless dedication, middle of the road and united cooperation. Westerners have strong awareness of equality and have simple family structures. Chinese have strong concept of grade and have plicated families. Traditional Chinese happy families are “four generations in one household”. In the process of intercultural munication, the information mistake or even phenomena of hurting somebody caused by culture obstruction is a mon affair. Sometimes goodwill makes the opposite very disfited. Polite manners may be misunderstood as fantastic and rude. Therefore, researching the differences of different cultures and the right way of intercultural munication bees a problem cannot be neglected. Their advantages and disadvantages are all appearance in the process of contrast researching.
