【正文】 每日工資為月工資的1/30（二月份同）。2. Indirect payment.間接支付1）The employing party agrees to provide housing conditions and pay for the water and electricity. 雇用方提供住房條件和其水電費。2）The employing party agrees to pay twice for the domestic traveling bonus.每學(xué)期兩次的國受雇方每周工作量為40小時（周末雙休）。如果受雇方不能達到以上工作量，雇用方可根據(jù)需要安排受雇方其他工作作為補充。如果因雇用方原因致使受雇方不能達到要求所需工作量，則視為乙方已經(jīng)滿足工作量。2. If the employing party arranges overtime work for the party employed, it will pay the employed party a salary higher than that normal work time according to legal standard. Certificate from doctors for foreigners appointed by the host institution should be presented when the employed party asks for sick leave. 受雇方請病假應(yīng)持有雇用方指定的醫(yī)療機構(gòu)開具的醫(yī)療證明。2. Private affairs leave of the employed party shall be approved by the employing party. The employing party will deduct the salary by day. In the contract term, the private affairs leaves should not exceed 10 days.
