【導讀】致，就甲方將其合法擁有的房屋出租給乙方使用，乙方承租使用甲方房屋事宜，訂立本合同。號室的房屋及其附屬設施在良好狀態(tài)下出租給乙方使用。出租房屋的登記面積為平方米。租賃期限自年月日起至年月日止，為期年，甲方應于年月日將房屋騰空并交付乙方使用。租金按月為壹期支付；第一期租金于年月日以前付清；以后每期租金于每月的日以前繳納，超過十天，則視為乙方自動退租，構成違約，甲方有權收回房屋，并追究乙方違約責任。日前支付給甲方押金元整，甲方在收到押金后予以書面簽收。將押金全額無息退還乙方。扣，不足部分乙方必須在接到甲方付款通知后十日內(nèi)補足。
