ASTM D 4261標(biāo)準(zhǔn)作業(yè)規(guī)范，混凝土表面清潔This practice covers surface cleaning of concrete unit masonry to remove dust, dirt, mortar spatter, oil, and grease prior to the application of coatings. Procedures include vacuum cleaning, airblast cleaning, water cleaning, detergent water wash, steam cleaning and mechanical cleaning. The surface shall be clean, dry, and free of oil, grease, wax, form oils, and any other contaminant that may effect the adhesion of the coating. For best results and high performance requirements remove latencies and contaminants from precast and castinplace concrete by abrasive blasting or high pressure water blasting. Dry means that the substrate contains less then 4% moisture.
