ent of infrared lamp.After temperature of the heat sink and the cold plate are lower than 180℃, starting the first stage experiment that two battery board temperature decrease simultaneously, and average temperature of side A of the big play down to 160℃, average temperature of side A of the small play down to 170℃, the cold plate temperature maintains at below 190℃ during this process which show the cold plate performance is good. During The second stage, temperature of the big rise fell into three phases until temperature rise to 104℃ and the small maintenance low temperature in this stage. Cold plate temperature of the side face to the big rise too, but it is lower than 175℃ all along. The third stage, the big maintenance high temperature mode, the small rise its temperature to 100℃, and the big maintains. Cold plate temperature of the side face to the small rise but lower than 177℃, anther side temperature is unvaried.The cold plate temperature both sides is lower than 100K (173℃) during the entire experiment process, Thermal influence may be neglected between two specimens, and it satisfies the thermal test request to heat sink, so two parts simultaneously carrying on the thermal vacuum test can be realized. If we lay two cold plates in a space environment simulator, that three specimens’ thermal vacuum test can be carried at the same time. Therefore, that the multiparts simultaneously’s the thermal vacuum test in the identical space environment simulator is feasible.Two kind of finned pipes were modeled in this paper, the finite element analysis result indicate that X style finned pipe accord with better heat transfer requirement of the cold plate because it can obstruct heat flow better. We machining a cold plate using X style finned pipe. Study on experimentation proves that multisubassembly thermal vacuum test in a space environment simulator can came true by laying the cold plate. The cold plate can satisfy diverse test case that high temperature mode or low temperature mode. Test ability of the space environment simulator obtains the bigger promotion for the liquid nitrogen cold plate was used successfully in thermal vacuum test.參考文獻 [1] SQ KE.
