Common quality faults and corresponding treatment質(zhì)量通病及治理措施 fault treatment shall generally include following parts:質(zhì)量通病治理內(nèi)容一般應(yīng)包括以下內(nèi)容 Treatment scope治理內(nèi)容 Treatment target 治理目標(biāo) Treatment measures治理措施 Regulations regarding punishment處罰規(guī)定. Measures to be take against mon quality faults質(zhì)量通病治理措施In order to avoid quality faults and ensure construction quality, prehensive treatment as to construction quality faults shall be intensified, furthermore construction procedures shall be standardized. 為了杜絕工程質(zhì)量通病的發(fā)生，確保工程質(zhì)量，應(yīng)加強(qiáng)工程質(zhì)量的綜合治理，規(guī)范施工程序管理；Quality Control Department is responsible for making out control schedule for eliminating mon quality faults before starting construction, and should regard it as a most important part of control measures during execution of quality faults precaution. 質(zhì)量通病治理由質(zhì)量組具體負(fù)責(zé)，工程項目開工前要制定相應(yīng)的消除質(zhì)量通病的具體計劃，作為質(zhì)量預(yù)防措施在過程控制中的重要內(nèi)容；Schedules for mon quality faults shall be implemented by construction team and brought into practice as part of technical presentation before construction. 質(zhì)量通病計劃由施工隊具體實(shí)施，施工前技術(shù)交底時要作為重要內(nèi)容布置落實(shí)到具體部位和個人；Fulltime inspectors and specialized technicians shall be responsible for the supervision and inspection of mon quality faults。專職質(zhì)檢員和專業(yè)技術(shù)員負(fù)責(zé)對質(zhì)量通病的監(jiān)督檢查；Economic benefit of each construction group shall be in adherence to how many mon quality faults have been eliminated. We shall set up a rewardand punishment regulation. 消除質(zhì)量通病與各施工單位定額獎金分配掛鉤，項目部在結(jié)算月獎金時，應(yīng)根據(jù)質(zhì)量組的提案進(jìn)行兌現(xiàn)。Procedures and content: during construction preparation, Quality Control Department shall work out treatment schedule for mon quality faults according to particular construction conditions when piling “quality schedule” for project construction. This treatment schedule shall be regarded as a most important part of quality fault precaution measures, and can be used as an independent document or added into “quality schedule” as its attachment. During construction, each work group shall by themselves execute work like selfmanagement, selfinspection, selfmodification according to the treatment schedule, fulltime inspectors and specialized technicians shall trace and inspect quality status and accept FW’s supervision.
