【正文】 須使用英語 Report報告 of the FMEA Report FMEA 報告的編號– For each product/product family or process which has to be analyzed by FMEA the local MOD has to assign a unique number. All FMEAs carried out for this product/product family or for this process have the same number. The signature signalise the agreement with the whole FMEA content of the day. FMEA會議的簽到記錄將在每次會議即將結(jié)束時由所有參會人員簽字。該簽字表明對當日整個FMEA內(nèi)容確認。6.
