【正文】 用多邊形填充。執(zhí)行【PLACE】→【Polygon Plane…】菜單選項(xiàng)，接著設(shè)置其屬性，選擇底層敷銅即【LAYER】處選擇Bottom Laye，【Connect to Net】選擇GND即敷銅連接到GND網(wǎng)絡(luò)上去。另外，【Removedead copper】這項(xiàng)都應(yīng)該選上。這樣多邊形在填充過程中將連接和多邊形填充所處網(wǎng)絡(luò)相同的導(dǎo)線、過孔、和焊盤，而且敷銅過程還會(huì)刪除沒有和焊盤接起來(lái)的導(dǎo)線。敷完銅后PCB的版圖它的底層線路圖如下圖所示，圖18點(diǎn)擊Reports里的Board Imformation，就可以生成PCB報(bào)表。PCB報(bào)表截圖如下圖所示：圖19 在完成的PCB編輯器里，選擇design/make PCBlibrary并保存，即可生成相應(yīng)的元器件庫(kù)。如圖20，圖21.圖20 PCB的3D顯示 本次設(shè)計(jì)中，找元器件是個(gè)難點(diǎn)，就找元器件與對(duì)應(yīng)的庫(kù)，各個(gè)公司的器件要熟悉，對(duì)專業(yè)英語(yǔ)要求也很高。通過本次調(diào)音臺(tái)電路設(shè)計(jì)，使我對(duì)protel DXP更加熟練地應(yīng)用，對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)電路板，特別是pcb板的制作方面，有了更深的理解。這次課程設(shè)計(jì)工作量較大，貼近實(shí)際，考驗(yàn)技術(shù)。是我對(duì)布線規(guī)則和操作技巧有了更深入研究。多通道設(shè)計(jì)方法是我這次課程設(shè)計(jì)才接觸的，確實(shí)有助于PCB設(shè)計(jì)的效率，減少重復(fù)性工作。 我覺得本次CAD課程設(shè)計(jì)是一個(gè)綜合性的設(shè)計(jì)平臺(tái)。除了進(jìn)一步熟悉地運(yùn)用Protel DXP軟件以及掌握設(shè)計(jì)印刷電路板的整個(gè)過程，學(xué)會(huì)了如何應(yīng)用以前學(xué)過的模擬電子電路的基本知識(shí)來(lái)分析多通道混頻器電路系統(tǒng)各個(gè)功能模塊的基本工作原理。 另外，此次課程設(shè)計(jì)點(diǎn)燃了我電子設(shè)計(jì)的熱情，我也能夠設(shè)計(jì)真正的產(chǎn)品，體會(huì)到設(shè)計(jì)的快樂，真正的具備一個(gè)電子人應(yīng)該具備的能力，非常感謝老師在此的引導(dǎo)。[1] 王浩全、傅英明、洪到華、 DXP電路設(shè)計(jì)與制版實(shí)用教程[M].北京：人民郵電出版社，2005.[2] [M].北京：電子工業(yè)出版社，2007.[3] 唐俊翟、馮軍勤、 DXP應(yīng)用實(shí)例教程[M].北京：冶金工業(yè)出版社，2004.[4] DXP電路設(shè)計(jì)[M].北京：電子工業(yè)出版社，2007.Quality is not high, the level of enforcement is not high, the prevalent problem of says but can39。t win, to the case and resolve social conflicts have had a tremendous impact.
