10KV低壓饋出線斷路器的設(shè)置與配合用于控制保護10KV饋出線的各斷路器,供電于終端負(fù)荷,故可按規(guī)定設(shè)置瞬時速斷和定時過流兩段式保護。但瞬時速斷的動作電流若安常規(guī)方法整定,對于10KV線路保護范圍就很短,有些情況下幾乎為零,故可用瞬時速斷作為主保護(保護全長),而定時過流為近后備保護。 10KV聯(lián)絡(luò)開關(guān)(QF8)的保護設(shè)置與配合。 QF8 用作10KV母線分段開關(guān),它的過流保護設(shè)置,主要考慮故障運行情況。如主變壓器T2因故停運,有T1單獨供電, QF8 合閘運行情況。此時若 QF8 不設(shè)保護,則當(dāng)10KV的母線右端發(fā)生短路時,將使QF4跳閘而使全企業(yè)停電,如設(shè)有保護,則此時QF8跳閘,切除右端母線,左端母線仍可繼續(xù)供電,因此提高了供電系統(tǒng)的可靠性。為了與10KV出線的瞬時速斷保護配合,QF8上可設(shè)置限時速斷保護。 變壓器的保護設(shè)置 變壓器是電力系統(tǒng)的主要設(shè)備之一,他的正常運行對供電系統(tǒng)的可靠性意義重大,電力變壓器的常用保護裝置有氣體保護、差動保護、過電流保護和過負(fù)荷保護等。(1)變壓器的氣體保護 氣體保護主要用于變壓器油箱內(nèi)部故障的主要保護以及油面過低保護。氣體保護是利用安裝于油箱和油枕間管道中的機械式氣體繼電器來實現(xiàn)的。氣體保護的主要優(yōu)點是動作快,靈敏度高,穩(wěn)定可靠,接線簡單,能反應(yīng)變壓器油箱內(nèi)部的各種類型的故障,特別是短路匝數(shù)很少的匝間短路,其他保護可能不動作,對這種故障氣體保護具有特別重要的意義,所以氣體保護式變壓器內(nèi)部故障的主要保護之一。(2) 變壓器的差動保護差動保護用于變壓器內(nèi)部繞組、絕緣套管及出線相間短路的主保護。(3) 變壓器過負(fù)荷保護變壓器過負(fù)荷大都是三相對稱的。所以負(fù)荷保護可采用單電流繼電器接線方式,經(jīng)過一定延時作用于信號,在無人值班的變電所內(nèi),也可作用于跳閘或自動切除一部分負(fù)荷。(4)變壓器的過流保護 為了防止外部短路引起變壓器繞組的過電流,并作為差動和氣體保護的后備,變壓器還必須裝設(shè)過電流保護。 對于單側(cè)電源的變壓器,過流保護安裝在電源側(cè),過流保護動作時切斷變壓器各側(cè)開關(guān)。過流保護安躲過最大工作電流整定,啟動值比較大,不能滿足靈敏要求可設(shè)電壓閉鎖的過電流保護以提高靈敏度。設(shè)計總結(jié) 本論文根據(jù)變電所的設(shè)計要求,對某F礦井地面35KV變電所展開設(shè)計,主要完成以下幾個方面的設(shè)計工作:(1)針對礦井負(fù)荷的用電需求情況,用需要系數(shù)法進行了負(fù)荷計算。據(jù)此對主變壓器進行選擇,并進行無功補償。同時也為短路計算提供了一定的依據(jù)。(2)根據(jù)變電所主接線設(shè)計原則,對變電所的主接線進行了設(shè)計:高壓35kV側(cè)采用全橋接法,10kV的母線采用單母分段接線形式。(3)用標(biāo)幺值法對供電系統(tǒng)進行了短路電流計算,為電氣設(shè)備的選擇及校驗提供了數(shù)據(jù)。(4)按安裝地點、運行環(huán)境和使用要求對電氣設(shè)備的規(guī)格型號進行了選擇,并對它們進行動穩(wěn)定和熱穩(wěn)定等方面的校驗。(5)為了在供配電系統(tǒng)發(fā)生短路故障時,能夠自動、迅速、有選擇地將故障設(shè)備從系統(tǒng)中可靠切除,以免事故的進一步擴大,在論文中對變電所繼電保護進行了整定設(shè)計。由于我的水平有限,設(shè)計中難免出現(xiàn)一些錯誤,望老師批評指正。致謝語首先,我要特別感謝我的指導(dǎo)老師曹金燕老師。做設(shè)計的過程是艱辛的,但是在我的努力之下還是完成了。在這個過程中曹金燕老師給了我很大的的幫助,沒有她的盡心指導(dǎo)和嚴(yán)格的要求,我也不會順利完成這次設(shè)計。在此謹(jǐn)向曹老師致以誠摯的謝意和崇高的敬意。其次,我還要感謝大學(xué)四年里所有的老師們,感謝他們在大學(xué)四年中誨人不倦的教導(dǎo),他們在課堂上說傳授的知識將使我受益終身,他們那認(rèn)真負(fù)責(zé)的態(tài)度,和優(yōu)秀的職業(yè)道德是我學(xué)習(xí)的楷模,在以后的工作中我將以他們我標(biāo)桿端正自己的工作態(tài)度和職業(yè)道德。正是得益于他們的辛勤培養(yǎng),我才有能力完成此次畢業(yè)設(shè)計,在此特向所有恩師表示我最崇高的敬意和最誠摯的謝意!參考文獻[1] [M]..[2] [M].[3]顧永輝. .[M].[4].[M].[5]佟熙田, [M].
