【正文】 會給我提一些很好的建議，介紹他們當初考公務員的經驗。一位局長還從他的信箱里找出了幾本書，讓我以后多從他那拿些書來看看，了解相關的政策和時事動態(tài)。很遺憾的就是，實習的時間短，對勞動和社會保障局的情況不是很了解，什么新合同法，養(yǎng)老保險政策、規(guī)范性文件整理和管理條例、企業(yè)改制等都沒有深入學習。此外也會幫局長、主任校對相關的稿件，給一些文件加蓋章印。蓋了幾次不合格的章印后才能明白老師在公文寫作上的苦口婆心，一個簡簡單單的印章也不是那么容易蓋的，得根據(jù)領導們的簽字批準來加蓋不同的章印，而且得“騎年蓋月”，不是隨意那么一蓋就能了事的。都說公務員的飯碗是“金飯碗”、“鐵飯碗”，很多人就誤以為這些人上班是“軟懶散”，做事拖這延那。在局機關實習的一個半月里，見到的是一個很積極的工作隊伍，局長們如果不外出出差的話，總會很早到辦公室辦公；科長們如果有事外出也會很負責的打電話到辦公室，讓我們給他（她）在考勤表上注明。一般下午都沒多少事情，沒有什么人來局里辦事，可他們差不多也是六點才下班，有時事情忙甚至也要加班加點。很感謝有這么一個寶貴的機會在局機關實習，這給了我一個極其重要的鍛煉機會。不僅讓我明白了在工作崗位中要有真才實學，而且也要有務實的工作態(tài)度，要用行動來證明某些東西。再有幾個月我們都將畢業(yè)，真正踏上自己的工作崗位，在大學期間的學習里，我對自己的專業(yè)所學有了一定的認識，也很喜歡這個充滿挑戰(zhàn)的角色。如今我也在準備公務員考試，爭取能做一個稱職的機關秘書。外文文獻：The Office of the Staff SecretaryPresidential Studies QuarterlyVolume31, Issue2, Date:June 2001, Pages:262280KAREN M. Or that speechwriter is always trying to get that policy in to a speech, and we’re not going to let him do it. The staff secretary guides and oversees the policy decisionmaking process by making sure that all appropriate sources were consulted, thereby providing the full range of advice to the president. Jerry Jones stresses that the purpose of exposing policy options to wide scrutiny is to help ensure that the president sees the views of critics as well as the job of the staff secretary is to kill ideas. I know that sounds awful, but the problem with theWhite House is people run in with great ideas and they don’t understand the consequences of this brilliant genius idea. And you have to send the genius idea to its natural enemies and test it and see if the natural enemy can kill it. If the natural enemy can’t kill it, then it’s worth going with. If it has a hole in it, you have to know it has a hole and the way you know that is you send it to its enemy. So if theDomesticCouncil has a great idea, you send it toOMB, and they’ll kill it if they can. If Treasury has a great idea, you send it to Commerce. So that’s the way you do have to do it in a hurry, you don’t have a prolonged debate. But the idea is, let’s seek out the natural enemy and see if they can kill it. That way you know at least you’ve heard the may have several natural enemies. That’s what a system does, it poses the constituencies against each other so that you know what the arguments are and you can then choose. . . .
