【正文】 回顧性分析，針對(duì)各自的并發(fā)癥實(shí)施了相應(yīng)的護(hù)理對(duì)策。結(jié)果：本組行封堵術(shù)174例，共發(fā)生并發(fā)癥17例，發(fā)生率為9．77%，一般并發(fā)癥8例，為4．60%；與心臟相關(guān)的并發(fā)癥9例，為5．17%，無(wú)一例死亡。結(jié)論：雖然封堵器介入治療先心病是一種安全、有效的非手術(shù)方法，但對(duì)并發(fā)癥的防治，尤其是對(duì)一些危及生命的嚴(yán)重并發(fā)癥，要提高警惕，做到及早預(yù)防、及時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)，立即采取有效措施，加快術(shù)后康復(fù)至關(guān)重要。【關(guān)鍵詞】 封堵器；先天性心臟病 ；介入治療； 并發(fā)癥； 護(hù)理Cause analysis and Nursing of the Complications of the congenital cardiopathy by occluder interventional therapy Yang RuThe first affiliated hospital of Beng Bu Medical College , Beng Bu An Hui 233004[Abstract] Objectives: We discussed the cause and nursing of the plications of the congenital cardiopathy by occluder interventional therapy. Methods: We analyzed retrospectively 17 patients with plications. We executed proportional nursing strategies according to respective plication. Results: Of 174patients executed interventional therapy, plications happened in 17 patients (%), including 8 general plications (%) and 9 plications connect with heart disease (%). No case is dead. Conclusions: Occluder interventional therapy was the safe and effective nonoperation method to the congenital cardiopathy, but we should pay attention to the prevention and cure of plications, especially some lifethreatening plications. And we can acplish early prevention, early findings and adopt effective means.
