Yangquan College , Taiyuan University of Technology , Yangquan 045001 , China) Abstract :For insurer to lower pensation of the building fire losses , fire insurance premium rate fluctuates according to fire safety of buildings. Based on the theoretical model of fuzzy synthetic evaluation and the rank constructed by applying judgment method of hierarchy attribute , of fire safety of high2rise buildings , a correlation expression between the fluctuation of fire insur2 ancepremiumrateandtherankoffiresafetyof high2rise buildings was set up. In addition , an application example of the model and the expression was given , and its numerical quantity of fire premium rate was calculated. The research results show that the model is useful for insurance agent in inspecting and discerning fire safety of buildings.
