Your name, date the ticket was fixed and reason for fixing it will be recorded on the tag, Tags can only be removed by the person who fixed it.3. When working on ladders the gop step will not be used.4. When handling chemicals and acids, rubber gloves, overalls, face shields and breathing masks are to be used.5. When working behind doors, the doors will be left in the open position, if this is not possible an easily identified sign is to be posted on the opposite side of the door cautioning people that work is being carried behind the door.6.
