【正文】 ecret inventions, process, pilation of information, records specifications and customers lists which are owned by pany and which are regularly used/in operation of business of pany(Trade Secret).Agent shall not disclose any of the earlier said trade secrets, directly, or indirectly, or use them in any way, either during the course of the Agent Services under this Agreement.
