【正文】 opy.十一、其他Article 11 Miscellaneous1. 本協(xié)議的簽署并不能視為雙方對(duì)達(dá)成正式合作協(xié)議的承諾，如雙方就本項(xiàng)目最終簽署正式的合作協(xié)議，本協(xié)議成為正式合作協(xié)議的組成部分與正式合作協(xié)議具有同等法律效力，本協(xié)議與正式合作協(xié)議約定不一致的以正式合作協(xié)議為準(zhǔn)；如雙方最終未能就本項(xiàng)目簽署正式的合作協(xié)議，雙方應(yīng)按照本協(xié)議第六條的約定履行義務(wù)，并對(duì)保密信息承擔(dān)永久的保密責(zé)任。Neither this Agreement nor the supply of any information shall be deemed to be the guarantee for the formal cooperation agreement. If the parties would conclude the formal cooperation agreement in respect to the Project, this Agreement shall be a part of and have the equal validity to the formal cooperation agreement.
