濕式催化氧化技術(shù)研究進展-資料下載頁

(羰基合成與選擇氧化國家重點實驗室,甘肅蘭州730000;高效多相催化劑,深入研究氧化機理以及動力學模型的建立的重要性。類和數(shù)量也急劇增加,給環(huán)境帶來了很大的危害。因此,發(fā)展高濃度、有毒、有害的有機工。業(yè)廢水的高效處理技術(shù),就顯得日趨緊迫和十分重要,得到了人們的廣泛關(guān)注。濃度較低的有機物有很好的去除效率。次污染,對于其在工業(yè)上的大規(guī)模的應用也是一個限制。隨后該技術(shù)迅速發(fā)展,2020年日本Shokubai公司發(fā)展了較先進的WCAO廢水處理體系,條件下處理90%苯酚溶液,苯酚轉(zhuǎn)化率高達98%。20min后苯酚的轉(zhuǎn)化率均能達到100%。相對于均相催化劑,非均相催化劑易于與廢液分離進行回收,無二次污染,穩(wěn)定性好,目前催化劑的開發(fā)主要是集中在高效非均相催化劑上。3%Ru/ZrO2的作用下,有機物的轉(zhuǎn)化率為100%,TOC的去除率為83%。
