This thesis first analyzes the consists and function of the doublewishbone suspension in the design, then checks the up and down of arms of the doublewishbone independent suspension, Thirdly, make a detailed consideration of the various ponents of the link between relations is made. I calculate the suspension on the basis of the natural vibration frequency, static suspension deflection and dynamic deflection and elastic characteristics of the suspension terms at last. On the basis of Analysis of the position and role of the size of the ponents in the doublewishbone independent suspension, with CAD software and Pro / E, respectively, 2D drawings and 3D product Modeling are made. We made an accurate and detailed structural analysis on the design, which provides the reference for optimal design of the doublewishbone suspension. Designs an accessory airspace, controls the pipeline size between the main and the accessory airspace with the stepper motor and realizes the air spring variable stiffness. The mechanical vibrating system of the test rig is posed of the air pressor、the filter、the safety valve、the air spring、the shock absorber and other related parts, the measure and control system is posed of the sensor、ECU and the performance element. Using the sensor gathers signal, then the ECU analyses and controls the height valve and the stepper motor to make the height and the vibration frequency of the objects on the air spring in certain scope.
