Shaanxi University of Technology,Hanzhong723001,Shaanxi) Tutor :Tianjingjing Abstract:Changwu county since ancient times is a predominantly agricultural, abundant labor resources of small town, the first industry (the main agriculture) in the attraction of the farmers bee weak gradually, causes the countryside surplus labor force formed a large group. Based on changwu county in recent years, the present situation and development of rural surplus labor force characteristics, the use of the latest statistical data from 2004 to 2013, analysis of county rural surplus labor transfer effect on economic growth in our province, and using the method of principal ponent analysis and factor analysis, bined with the actual situation, in order to speed up the urbanization construction.
