Any such arbitration shall be administered by HKIAC in accordance with HKIAC Procedures for Arbitration in force at the date of this agreement. he arbitration proceeding shall be conducted in the English language. The arbitrator shall decide the controversy or claim at issue in accordance with the terms and conditions of this agreement. The arbitrator shall issue a written opinion explaining the reasons for their decision.
