Nasalpharyngeal mucosal haemorrhage（鼻咽粘膜出血） ? Nasalpharyngeal mucosal fall off ? Pharyngeal edema （ 4） Postoperative maxilla sinus（頜竇） inflammation ? Choose appropriate size tracheal tube ? Use tracheal tube lubricant（滑潤劑） ? Apply humidification（濕化） of inspired gases ? Highvolume, lowpressure cuffs may be preferred for longterm intubation
