【導(dǎo)讀】支付模具費的條件，模具需經(jīng)過XX公司的最終驗收。受托人保證委托人合模萬次完好，否則委托人有權(quán)就模具費全額向受托人索賠。本報價含17%增值稅和貨物運輸費。付款方式：合同簽定一周內(nèi)預(yù)付40%，余額樣品檢驗合格30日內(nèi)憑發(fā)票付款。在模具制造過程中,委托方有權(quán)隨時檢查制造進度、質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，并提取試驗。整改，整改的費用由受托方承擔(dān)。可的，委托方有權(quán)單方解除合同，由受托方雙倍返還委托方的已付款，并賠償全部損失。受托人生產(chǎn)的模具，委托人有權(quán)確定樣品數(shù)量，受托人無異議。對于委托人要求的試模次數(shù)以及調(diào)換樣品的數(shù)量和次數(shù)受托人無條件予以配合。有權(quán)單方通知受托人終止本合同并收回預(yù)付款項。
