Quantity 數(shù)量 Price (+VAT) 價(jià)格 Contract Value: 合同總價(jià)： trustee shall implement manufacture according to designs from the trustor。 prices include VAT 17% and delivery. 本報(bào)價(jià)含 17%增值稅和貨物運(yùn)輸費(fèi)。受托方不得以任何理由拒絕，否則，委托方可以立即解除合同，并由受托方雙倍返還委托方已付款項(xiàng)，賠償造成的損失。 ’s Intellectual property模具產(chǎn)權(quán) This mould is developed by trustee,and trustor pay for the cost. the ownership / Patent right / copyright and other Intellectual property belongs to trustor. 該模具為委托人有償委托受托人開(kāi)發(fā)，此模具所有權(quán)、專利權(quán)、著作權(quán)及其它知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)屬于委托人。 of the contract違約 （ 1） If trustee fails to fulfill the terms and conditions stipulated in the Contract, trustor shall have the right to terminate this contract thereof 受托人未能履行合同所規(guī)定的任何重要條款，如無(wú)合理解釋時(shí)，委托人有權(quán)終止合同。 Should the quality, specifications or quantity be found not in conformity with the stipulations of the contract except those due to the design of the trustor, the Trustee shall be responsible to the repair or even open new mould and pensate the loss cause
