Quantity 數(shù)量 Price (+VAT) 價(jià)格 Contract Value: 合同總價(jià)： trustee shall implement manufacture according to designs from the trustor。If the trustor provide the sample ,both the trustor and the trustee seal the sample together. 受托方根據(jù)委托方提供的圖樣進(jìn)行模具制作，如委托方提供的是樣品，則雙方對(duì)樣品進(jìn)行封樣。 products made by the mould shall pletely fit with the drawing specification or samples from XX .The eligible products will be the condition of the confirmation for eligibility of the mould as well as payment for mould shall be checked and accepted by XX. 該模具生產(chǎn)的產(chǎn)品必須符合 XX公司產(chǎn)品的圖紙規(guī)范或樣品標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，產(chǎn)品合格作為模具合格及支付模具費(fèi)的條件，模具需經(jīng)過(guò) XX公司的最終驗(yàn)收。 trustee ensure that the mould can produce products,Otherwise, the trustor shall have the right to request pensation for all mould cost. 受托人保證委托人合模萬(wàn)次完好，否則委托人有權(quán)就模具費(fèi)全額向受托人索賠。 prices include VAT 17% and delivery. 本報(bào)價(jià)含 17%增值稅和貨物運(yùn)輸費(fèi)。 of Payment: advanced payment 40% within one week after contract signi
