【正文】 查標準》標準化管理，施工現(xiàn)場實行“七牌一圖”制，即工程項目簡介牌、工程項目責(zé)任人員姓名牌、安全六大紀律牌、安全生產(chǎn)計數(shù)牌（天）、十項安全技術(shù)措施牌、防火須知牌、衛(wèi)生須知牌、工地施工總平面布置圖。本標工程兩大施工區(qū)域 內(nèi)均掛統(tǒng)一的施工標牌。施工現(xiàn)場做到場地規(guī)劃清楚，平面布置緊湊。 材料、設(shè)備的堆放實行定置管理?，F(xiàn)場材料按施工平面圖規(guī)定的地點堆放整齊，標識明確且便于搬運，符合消防規(guī)定?，F(xiàn)場拆除的模板、腳手架等周轉(zhuǎn)材料及時清理回收，集中堆放。施工設(shè)備實行專人專機管理，嚴格按操作規(guī)程操作。 施工區(qū)域內(nèi)必須做到地面無垃圾，每個作業(yè)面必須做到“工完料盡場地清”，剩余材料堆放整齊、牢靠，廢料及時清理干凈，高空作業(yè)面要有垃圾信道或?qū)Ｓ们宄拇胧?。嚴禁高空拋物及亂丟、亂扔現(xiàn)象的發(fā)生。 施工現(xiàn)場道路及排水設(shè)施全 面規(guī)劃，施工道路堅實、平整，道路兩側(cè)設(shè)置排水溝。排水溝的設(shè)置不妨礙交通和施工，排水系統(tǒng)經(jīng)常清 41 理檢查，保證排水暢通。 現(xiàn)場機動車輛限速行駛，路邊設(shè)指示照明裝置、限速標志和禁止標志，避免交通事故。 施工區(qū)域的環(huán)境衛(wèi)生實行分片包干管理，劃分責(zé)任區(qū)，現(xiàn)場不積水、積塵，符合文明施工要求，保證施工人員的身體健康，為施工現(xiàn)場創(chuàng)造一個良好的外部環(huán)境。 施工現(xiàn)場生產(chǎn)及生活臨建分開布置，集中管理，生活臨建應(yīng)包括辦公、宿舍、娛樂、醫(yī)療、食堂、廁浴等配套設(shè)施，臨建設(shè)施應(yīng)做到環(huán)境清潔、辦公室、工具間等場地內(nèi)部 整潔，布置整齊。 施工工地全體人員注意個人衛(wèi)生，養(yǎng)成良好的衛(wèi)生習(xí)慣，被褥鋪蓋、衣服鞋襪等要經(jīng)常洗曬，要經(jīng)常洗澡，不吃不潔凈的食物，不喝生水，不隨地大小便，不赤背和赤腳進入施工現(xiàn)場。 各施工作業(yè)嚴禁現(xiàn)場流動吸煙，各區(qū)域作業(yè)面應(yīng)設(shè)立專門的吸煙處，地面無煙頭，嚴禁施工人員邊作業(yè)邊吸煙。 冷做場地地面無焊條及焊頭，焊接設(shè)備集中布置，統(tǒng)一布線，完工后焊接線、氧氣、乙炔、皮管全部收回。 加強與安裝單位的協(xié)調(diào)配合工作，做到交安一片，保持一片，共同維護保管好各施工區(qū)域面的現(xiàn)場文明。 加強施工現(xiàn)場保衛(wèi)工作，堅持憑證出入施工現(xiàn)場，禁止與施工無關(guān)的人員進入場內(nèi)。 所有員工衣著整齊，嚴守勞動紀律，不得在工作場所大聲喧嘩，并堅守工作崗位，嚴禁酒后上崗。 做好后勤管理工作，工地食堂要衛(wèi)生、清潔，保證現(xiàn)場施工人員 42 的飯菜可口。搞好生活區(qū)和辦公室的環(huán)境衛(wèi)生，為工作人員提供舒適的休息和辦公環(huán)境。 工地實行分區(qū)、分片管理，責(zé)任到人，現(xiàn)場平面管理員經(jīng)常檢查各區(qū)文明衛(wèi)生情況，在各區(qū)間開展文明競賽活動，實行獎優(yōu)罰劣，促進現(xiàn)場文明。 做好施工現(xiàn)場的環(huán)境保護工作，采取 切實可行的消防、環(huán)保保護措施。 每月由項目部進行不定期檢查，按施工現(xiàn)場環(huán)境保護檢查，考評標準進行檢查評分，填寫評分記錄表，作為工地安全生產(chǎn)文明考評的依據(jù)。 施工現(xiàn)場防灰塵污染，清除建筑垃圾時，采用人力斗車裝運，嚴禁隨意凌空拋撒造成揚塵，施工垃圾要及時清運至指定地點，嚴禁隨意堆放，清運時要適量灑水減少揚塵。 施工現(xiàn)場防水污染，攪拌機的排放廢水要排入沉淀池，經(jīng)二次沉淀后，方可排入指定排放地點，未經(jīng)處理的泥漿水，嚴禁直接排放；作業(yè)污水禁止隨地排放，在合理位置設(shè)置沉淀池，經(jīng) 沉淀后方可排入指定地點，禁止將有毒害廢氣物作土方回填，以免污染地下水和環(huán)境。 施工現(xiàn)場采取防噪措施，建立健全控制人為噪聲的管理制度，盡量減少人為的大聲喧嘩，增強全體施工人員的防噪聲擾工的自覺意識。 消防：本施工場地內(nèi)利用給水管作消防用水，在施工場地內(nèi)設(shè)置消防水頭二個。 滅火器：配備泡沫滅火和干粉滅火兩種滅火器，以應(yīng)付不同類 43 型的火災(zāi)事故，布置（懸掛）于醒目處，間距宜控制 20～ 30mm。 現(xiàn)場設(shè)立專職消防員，責(zé)任落實到人?，F(xiàn)場所有機械能加消聲器的均加消聲器 盡量減少機械噪聲。 g an employment tribunal claim Employment tribunals sort out disagreements between employers and employees.
