【導(dǎo)讀】替代了現(xiàn)行有效的MARPOL附則V內(nèi)容。該決議重新定義了垃圾的概念，并對(duì)垃圾進(jìn)行了重新分類。圾的排放進(jìn)行了重新規(guī)定。對(duì)原MARPOL附則V要求的“400總噸及以。變更為“100總噸及以上的船舶和核準(zhǔn)載運(yùn)15名或?！保瑫r(shí)對(duì)《垃圾記錄簿》和《垃圾排放記錄》的格式進(jìn)行了調(diào)。工作語(yǔ)言進(jìn)行編寫。按本“計(jì)劃”有效地管理垃圾，防止環(huán)境污染。

port or areas where discharging prohibited, the garbage should be collected and transferred to the storage location, and stored in receptacles for further dispose to the port reception facilities or discharge at sea when in dischargeable areas。 在海上直接排放垃圾時(shí)，首先確認(rèn)船舶是否處于非禁止排放區(qū)域， 并根據(jù)相關(guān)垃圾種類，航區(qū)以及距岸距離的相關(guān)要求確認(rèn)垃圾是否可以排放入海； When discharging garbage at sea, dischargeable areas have to be confirmed at first, and then determine whether the garbage can be disposed into the sea according to the requirements related to the category of garbage, voyage area and distance from the nearest land。 沒有大副或船長(zhǎng)的允許，任何人不得將垃圾排放入海 ； No garbage shall be disposed into the sea without Chief Officer or Master’s permission。 裝卸貨產(chǎn)生的廢棄物，一般都在開航前送往港口接收設(shè)施處理； Wastes generated in 的粗篩 Discharge of food wastes which have been passed through a minuter or grinder into the sea is permitted while the ship is en route and not less than 3 nautical miles from the nearest land, such minuted or ground food wastes shall be capable of passing through a screen with openings no greater than 25 mm. b.) 在航行中，距離最近陸地不少于 12 海里時(shí)可以將未按上述規(guī)定處理的食品廢棄物排放入海 。 Discharge of food wastes
