【導(dǎo)讀】中間體、產(chǎn)品罐區(qū)總承包。工程總承包內(nèi)容和范圍。授標(biāo)通知及其要求。項(xiàng)目執(zhí)行的基本配置。投標(biāo)形式－－－GCC. 投標(biāo)工作組織和文件編制。北京會(huì)議，澳頭會(huì)議。－－－完成對(duì)分布在6個(gè)作業(yè)面的I&P罐區(qū)包括基礎(chǔ)、罐體及。－－－總罐數(shù)：63個(gè)。－－－需用鋼材：6700噸。其中：Q2353600噸，16MnR2600噸。－－－油漆面積：13萬(wàn)平方米。－－－保溫：PUR250立方米、礦棉710立方米。工作界面－－現(xiàn)場(chǎng)總平面。工程期限：16個(gè)月。2020年8月18日－2020年12月18日。項(xiàng)目組關(guān)鍵成員由聯(lián)合體高層授權(quán)任命。實(shí)施由項(xiàng)目組集體領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下的項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理負(fù)責(zé)制。一旦授權(quán)生效，項(xiàng)目組在合同工期內(nèi)擁有相關(guān)的人、財(cái)、物獨(dú)立支配權(quán)。項(xiàng)目組全程接受聯(lián)合體成員的監(jiān)控和指導(dǎo)
