The amount of the registered capital。 c) 設(shè)立的年、月、日；c) The day, month and year of establishment of the pany。 d) 相關(guān)方支付或繳付出資的日和金額；d) The date and amount of the contribution paid in or made by the Party concerned。 e) 頒發(fā)出資證明書本身的年、月、日；e) The date, month and year of issuance of the Investment Certificate itself。 f) 公章；f) The seal of the pany。 g) 董事長(zhǎng)和副董事長(zhǎng)的簽名。g) The signatures of the airman and of the Vice airman of the Board of Directors of the pany. 出資證明書應(yīng)構(gòu)成雙方出資的性證據(jù)。The Investment Certificates shall constitute conclusive evidence of the contributions of the Parties. 第3條 注冊(cè)資本的增加或減少Article 3 Increase
