period.（二）在借用期內(nèi)，有解除派遣員工和解除本合同的權(quán)利，但應(yīng)提前30天以書面形式通知甲方和派遣員工（派遣員工在試用期內(nèi)除外），同時按下列方式向甲方一次性支付補償費：派遣員工借用時間每滿一年，補償費為一個月的借用費，不足一年的部分按一年計算。補償費以派遣員工被退回甲方當月的借用費為計算標準。補償費中包含派遣員工被解除勞動合同的經(jīng)濟補償金。during
