Therefore, the thick steel plate is essential for national economic development, steel varieties, countries attach great importance to plate production. In this paper,a heavy plate plant which produces 188 tenthousand tons per year was designed in this thesis .The typical product is X8026179。 3600mm. The design is simply introduced the development of production technology of the heavy plate in a whole design, the disparity gap of the home and abroad and the heavy plate means in this design ,and adopt the new technology. The main include: 2 stepbeam furnace, reversal device highpressurewater descaling unit, fourroll reservable rough mill,PC rough mill, as well as various appurtenances. According to the designed annual capacity, and considering market prospects of the products, the products’ scheme and metal balance were designed reasonably. The rolling system includes: pressdown system, velocity system and temperature system. Then, the roll force was calculated。 the electromotor load and the roll strength were checked. the electromotor load and the roll strength were maked out a scientific and reasonable heavy medium plate design scheme . A plant layout drawing was also acplished in the design, An English paper and its translation by author were attached to the thesis. The features of the designed workshop include: of high strength of products and mechanical property of the products, adoption of advanced processing technology, and environmental protection consideration. The plant achieves high production in lower consumption. Key words: heavy plate。 rolling system。 ship plate 安徽工業(yè)大學(xué) 畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文 ) ………………………………裝………………………………………訂……………………………………………線………………………………………… 第 7 頁 共 96 頁 1 概述 寬厚板是冶金工業(yè)的一個(gè)重要產(chǎn)品。寬厚板的品種繁多,性能各異,質(zhì)量要求高,應(yīng)用范圍廣,無論在經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)還是國(guó)防建設(shè)中都離不開寬厚板。因而世界各國(guó)都把寬厚板的品種、質(zhì)量作為衡量一個(gè) 國(guó)家鋼鐵工業(yè)綜合水平的尺度。 進(jìn)入21 世紀(jì)以來,大型造船業(yè),海洋工程,橋梁、大口徑石油、天然氣輸送管線、大型壓力容器和貯罐、重型建筑結(jié)構(gòu) (特別是高層、防火、耐侯、大跨度和非對(duì)稱的空間結(jié)構(gòu)用途、機(jī)械工程的技術(shù)進(jìn)步和旺盛需求,極大地拉動(dòng)了寬厚板的發(fā)展,低合金、高強(qiáng)度的寬厚板的生產(chǎn)技術(shù)進(jìn)步 。 寬厚板的定義及用途 寬 厚鋼板主要由中厚板軋機(jī)生產(chǎn),但對(duì)于部分厚度小于 25mm、寬度小于 2m,且鋼板性能要求不太嚴(yán)格的中板,也可以用熱軋寬帶鋼軋機(jī)生產(chǎn)。常用于中厚板生產(chǎn)的軋機(jī)有四種:二輥可逆式軋機(jī)、三輥勞特式軋機(jī)
